1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website can store and retrieve on the device used to browse it. Other local storage technologies can perform similar functions. Some are necessary to provide a requested function; others, such as analytics, require a prior choice by the user.

2. What Activo Inteligente will use

This version of the website uses two categories:

1. Necessary — first-party storage used to remember the privacy choice and elements strictly necessary for security or operation. 2. Analytics — Google Analytics 4, only when the user accepts it.

This version does not use behavioural advertising cookies, remarketing, commercial personalisation, Google Ads, social pixels or equivalent systems.

3. Current inventory

The inventory has been checked against the compiled website and the integrated referral application. If a future build introduces different storage, this table and, where applicable, the consent manager must be reviewed before publication.

Google Analytics configuration

Although Google supports longer default lifetimes, this website limits analytics cookies to 12 months and sets cookie_update: false, so expiry is not extended indefinitely with each visit.

The cookie domain is set to activointeligente.matrivex.es so measurement is not automatically extended to other matrivex.es subdomains.

Browser cookie lifetime and data retention inside Google Analytics are separate. The GA4 property will use 14 months of user/event data retention.

This website does not attempt to treat Google Analytics 4 as exempt audience measurement. GA4 is always treated as optional analytics and is not loaded until the user accepts it.

4. When analytics is loaded

Google Analytics is not downloaded or executed until the user presses Accept or enables Analytics in the preference panel.

If the user presses Reject, only the necessary privacy preference is stored so that the same question does not have to be asked on every page. Rejecting analytics does not block navigation, content, the form or contact channels.

Continuing to browse, scrolling, closing or ignoring the banner, or using another part of the website is not treated as consent.

5. First-layer banner

The banner presents the three main actions at the same level: Reject, Configure and Accept, with equivalent visual prominence for acceptance and rejection. The Reject action is not hidden in a second layer.

6. Preference panel

Necessary

Always active. They remember the privacy choice and support functions strictly necessary for operation and security.

Analytics

Off by default. Allows Google Analytics 4 to measure statistically which pages are consulted and how the website is used. It is not used for advertising in this version.

The user can reject analytics, save the current preference or accept analytics.

7. Changing or withdrawing the choice

The preference can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent is designed to be as easy as giving it.

After a previous acceptance, rejecting analytics prevents future analytics loading, removes the first-party analytics cookies that the website can technically delete and stores the new preference. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before that point.

The choice is renewed no later than 12 months after it was made.

8. Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used only for website measurement. This version has no Google Ads, remarketing, Google Signals or User-ID. Advertising features are disabled. Form fields, names, email addresses, telephone numbers and text written by the visitor are never sent to analytics.

Google may process data in different countries. The applicable transfer basis and safeguards are described in the Privacy policy and are checked against the contractual configuration actually in force before launch.

9. External services that are not loaded with the page

Telephone, WhatsApp and Telegram are simple links and do not load third-party widgets or cookies merely because the Activo Inteligente page is opened. Interaction with the third party begins only when the link is used.

The private referral tool is embedded at /referidos/ in an iframe and loads independently of the Google Analytics choice because optional analytics does not condition that function. Before authentication, the application does not store authentication material or opportunity data in localStorage or sessionStorage. After authentication, the API uses the necessary __Host-ref_session and ref_csrf cookies for session handling and CSRF protection. These cookies are not used for analytics and are not controlled or removed by the Google Analytics preference panel.

10. Updating the inventory

Before any launch that introduces a new provider, script, iframe or external tool, actual storage will be checked in a clean browser in the states no choice, rejected and accepted. The policy must describe what the website actually does.

The English legal pages are provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the reference version for the Spanish website and must be checked against the final production configuration before launch.
