A few complete processes to make the possibilities tangible
Note: These are examples of work that can be automated. Each implementation is designed around the company's real process and systems.
Complete processes rather than tool names: inputs, checks, systems, exceptions and outcomes.
Invoice received → checks → ERP
The automation receives an invoice, extracts the data, identifies the supplier and purchase order, checks amounts and fields, detects duplicates and records the result in the ERP. If it finds a discrepancy, it prepares the case for review.
Supplier onboarding
It receives data and documentation, checks whether the supplier already exists, validates the required information, requests approval where needed and creates the record in the defined systems.
Employee onboarding
Once an approved hire arrives, it coordinates identity, email, payroll, applications and permissions. If a system does not respond, it keeps the process state and continues when it can.
Support ticket → investigation → response
It brings together information from the ticket, documentation and technical systems, prepares a diagnosis or response and updates the case. Scenarios that need intervention reach a person with the relevant context already assembled.
Contract received → analysis → approval → signature
It extracts parties, dates, amounts and relevant clauses, checks related information, prepares the analysis, requests review or approval and continues the process when the signed document arrives.
Bank reconciliation
It retrieves transactions, normalises them, compares them with invoices and receipts and records clear matches. Ambiguous cases are prepared for review.
Sales lead → enrichment → CRM
It normalises data, resolves duplicates, gathers useful information, prepares a classification or priority and updates the CRM with validated data.
Recorded meeting → minutes → tasks
It processes the recording, creates a transcript, identifies decisions and tasks, prepares the minutes and creates the corresponding actions in the team's work tools.
