When custom automation tends to make sense

An off-the-shelf tool can be exactly right when the market already solves the problem well. Custom automation becomes more useful when the work depends on your own combination of processes, systems, rules or exceptions.

It is usually worth looking at when:

If the problem is small or an existing tool already solves it well, there may be no reason to build something custom.

the process crosses several systems, channels or sources of information;

Does every automation use AI?

No. Some processes are better solved with software and clear rules. AI comes in when it adds something specific: understanding documents, interpreting language, working with context, researching information or handling less structured situations.

Can it work with the systems we already use?

In many cases, yes. We can integrate APIs, databases, email, storage and business applications whenever there is a technically viable way to connect them. We check that when we assess the case.

What exactly do we receive?

A working automation for the agreed environment, with the integrations, testing and documentation the project needs. The point is to make the process work from end to end, rather than hand over disconnected pieces for you to assemble afterwards.

Is there a usage fee?

Activo Inteligente does not charge per run. If the solution consumes third-party services — cloud, APIs, models or others — those costs are separated so you can see what belongs to implementation and what belongs to operation.

What happens if the process changes later?

The automation can evolve. If systems, rules or what you need it to do changes, we assess the adaptation required.

How much does an automation cost?

It depends on the problem, scope, integrations and implementation complexity. We understand the case first, then prepare a proposal for that specific solution.
